At Lauren Mackenzie, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. All our pieces come with a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the regular use of the jewelry. This includes issues such as loose gemstones, defective clasps, or any other manufacturing-related problem.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care.

Examples of exclusions include:

• Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, or immersion in pools and hot tubs.
• Normal wear of precious metals and prongs over time, which may require maintenance or restoration work.
• Damage to prongs, resulting in gemstones becoming loose or falling out, due to everyday wear.
• Loss of gemstones due to damage from everyday activities or other incidents.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please get in touch with us promptly. 

Any unauthorized repair or alteration performed by a jeweler other than Lauren Mackenzie will void the warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lauren Mackenzie will repair or replace the item at no charge.
