How do I design a custom engagement ring?
You can begin designing your custom engagement ring directly on our website by selecting a setting from our collection here, and then choosing from thousands of natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and moissanites in our inventory.
If you don’t see exactly what you're looking for online or need additional guidance, we offer personalized, one-on-one virtual appointments for customers worldwide. Schedule your appointment here. After your appointment, we'll collaborate via email to finalize the stone and setting design.
Custom design services at Lauren Mackenzie are complimentary, with no upfront fees required. Digital renderings, diamond and gemstone images/video  are available to help bring your vision to life. Wax molds are also available for a fee.
Can I purchase a setting without a diamond or moissanite?
Yes, you can purchase any setting without a center stone directly from the setting’s product page. Please note that settings are specifically crafted to fit the exact dimensions of the center stone you plan to use, so you'll need to provide those dimensions at the time of your order.
Settings purchased without a center stone will not qualify for the manufacturer's warranty or complimentary six-month aftercare program once they've been set by another jeweler. However, if you provide your own stone and have us set it for you (for an additional stone-setting fee), your engagement ring will then be eligible for both our manufacturer's warranty and the complimentary aftercare program.
Can I purchase a loose stone?
Yes. You can purchase loose diamonds and moissanites directly on our website by browsing our dedicated loose diamonds and loose moissanite pages. If you're looking for something specific that's not listed online, contact us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com, and our team will happily source options for you.
Can I put a diamond on hold?
Yes, a temporary hold can be placed on a diamond and removed from our website for three business days. The hold fee is $115, which is non-refundable. However, if you move forward with purchasing the diamond, this fee will be applied toward your total. What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
We can bring just about any jewelry vision to life, whether customizing one of our existing styles or designing an entirely unique piece from scratch. We offer this service via email, phone, or virtual consultation. Please reach out to us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com if interested in a custom piece.
How long does the process take?
Given that many of our products are uniquely hand-crafted and made to order, the time from order placement to delivery will vary depending on the specific item purchased. Most orders are completed within 20-25 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days.

diamonds & sourcing

Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, all of our natural and lab-grown diamond center stones come with certifications. Please note, GIA no longer provides physical certificates for lab-grown diamonds, but these will be provided electronically.  If you are interested in certified diamonds for earrings, bracelets, or other fine jewelry items, we can provide certification upon request for an additional fee. Are your diamonds conflict free?

Yes, Lauren Mackenzie strictly adheres to the Kimberley Process, ensuring all diamonds are conflict-free and ethically sourced.

sizing

Can you resize my ring?
Lauren Mackenzie provides one complimentary ring resize within the first six months of purchase. Certain styles, including but not limited to eternity rings and alternative metals) are not eligible for resizing and will be specified on the product page or disclosed to you by our team during an appointment or consultation. Eligible styles can be resized up or down by two full ring sizes. Outside of the six-month free resizing period, rings can be resized for a fee as long as they meet the resizing terms and conditions. shipping & delivery

How are orders shipped?
All orders over $500 qualify for complimentary 2-day shipping. Orders under $500 ship via 2-day delivery for $15. Overnight shipping is available on all orders for a fee of $150. Purchasing overnight shipping does not affect your order’s production timeline. You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery.
Are shipments insured?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured by Lauren Mackenzie for your peace of mind and security.
Is your packaging discreet? 
Your order will be discreetly packaged in an unmarked box, and our retail team will carefully gift-wrap the contents.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Our shipping courier requires delivery to a physical residential or business address; we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
What if I won’t be home to accept my shipment?
Should you need to make special arrangements, such as altering the delivery address or scheduling a delivery for a particular date, please get in touch with us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com

warranty, insurance & aftercare

Is my order covered by a warranty?
At Lauren Mackenzie, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. All our pieces come with a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please review the full terms and conditions of our lifetime warranty here.
Do you offer insurance? 

Lauren Mackenzie does not provide insurance for your item(s). Insurance appraisals can be purchased for $25 and are required for insurance on your item(s). You can use your insurance appraisal to obtain coverage for your item(s) from a third-party insurance company. Insurance appraisals can be purchased here.

Do you offer any aftercare?

Lauren Mackenzie offers a complimentary aftercare program with qualifying purchases of engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewelry totaling $500 or more. Adding one of Lauren Mackenzie's extended aftercare plans to your purchase will provide you with comprehensive coverage, ensuring you're protected beyond our standard manufacturer's warranty and complimentary 6-month program. What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing?
Yes, Lauren Mackenzie offers flexible financing through Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm).
