Complimentary Resizing

Lauren Mackenzie provides one complimentary ring resize within the first six months of purchase. 

Certain styles, including but not limited to eternity rings and alternative metals) are not eligible for resizing and will be specified on the product page or disclosed to you by our team during an appointment or consultation. Eligible styles can be resized up or down by two full ring sizes. 

Process for Complimentary Resizing:

Please contact Lauren Mackenzie at least two business days before your six-month complimentary resize window ends by emailing us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com. Include your order number in the email to receive a repair authorization form. All resizes must be accompanied by a repair authorization form. 

• Securely package your item(s) by double-boxing them. 
• Ensure your completed repair authorization form is included.
• Print and affix the label to your package. For security, avoid labeling the package with explicit jewelry-related terms.
• Insure your return shipment for the full value and require an adult signature upon delivery. Lauren Mackenzie is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during the return process.
• Drop off your package at a staffed FedEx location and retain the receipt as proof of shipment.

Please note that if your ring has an engraving and you require a resize, your engraving may need to be redone at your own cost.

Outside of the six-month free resizing period, rings can be resized for a fee as long as they meet the resizing terms and conditions.
