Shipping Policy:
We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $500.Â
Given that many of our products are uniquely hand-crafted and made to order, the time from order placement to delivery will vary depending on the specific item purchased. Most orders are completed within 20-25 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days.Â
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your shipment. All orders are shipped with FedEx 2-day shipping.Â
We offer expedited shipping options via FedEx Overnight for specific items for an additional fee. To upgrade your shipping method, please get in touch with us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com and our customer service team will guide you through the process. Please be aware that expedited shipping does not affect the estimated date of shipment.
Should you need to make special arrangements, such as altering the delivery address or scheduling a delivery for a particular date, please get in touch with us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com.
While we are committed to ensuring timely delivery of your purchase, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or missed delivery appointments.
To ensure your peace of mind, Lauren Mackenzie always:
- Insures all shipments.
- Requires delivery to a physical residential or business address; we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- Requires a signature upon receipt for all orders totaling over $500.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once your item has been shipped.
Your order will be discreetly packaged in an unmarked FedEx box, and our retail team will carefully gift-wrap the contents.

Return Policy:
At Lauren Mackenzie, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Restrictions may apply. Please review the following terms and conditions for our return policy:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from your order's delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number of your original shipment).Â
- Returned items must be in unworn, undamaged condition. Items showing significant signs of wear may be subject to a 35% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.
- Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging and documentation. A $250 fee will be charged for missing diamond certificates.
- Engravings, design deposits, appraisal costs, resizing fees, rush fees, shipping fees, or any other non-refundable charges are not eligible for a refund.
- Custom orders, including made-to-order engagement rings, eternity rings, and items that have been modified in any way (such as size adjustments or metal selections), are subject to a restocking fee of 35% of the original purchase price and may not be eligible for return if they are already in production.
- Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than Lauren Mackenzie are not eligible for returns.
Process for Returns:
To make your return experience as smooth as possible, please contact Lauren Mackenzie at least two business days before your 30-day return window ends by emailing us at info@lauren-mackenzie.com. Include your order number in the email so you can receive a return authorization form. A return authorization form must accompany all returns. Return authorizations are valid for ten business days from issuance, and the returned package must be postmarked within this period.
- For the safety of your item(s) and to ensure a smooth return process, please double-box your item (s) securely.Ensure you include your completed return authorization form and all original documents and diamond certificates.
- Print and affix the label to your package. For security, avoid labeling the package with explicit jewelry-related terms.
- Insure your return shipment for the total value and require an adult signature upon delivery. Lauren Mackenzie is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during the return process.
- Drop off your package at a staffed FedEx location and retain the receipt as proof of shipment.
Return Processing & Refunds:
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return upon receipt. We will notify you via email upon receipt of your package. If the returned item passes Quality Assurance inspection, we will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 10-20 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
